How does okataoo.io connect to my Garmin?
We use Garmin's official Health API and OAuth authorization. You approve the connection inside Garmin Connect, and we never see or store your Garmin password.

No. okataoo.io is a consumer wellness product. Our insights are informational only and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
How do I delete my data?
Email us at info@okatoo.io with the subject "Delete my data," or use Settings → Account → Delete account inside the app. We complete deletions within 30 days.
Will my Garmin data be used to train AI?
No. We use AI providers under contracts that prohibit training on our inputs and require deletion after inference. Your data powers only your own insights.
